We take great care that your doors reach you in perfect condition. For more information on how we pack our door click here.



Guarantees

All our Doors are guaranteed against substandard manufacture for a period of 12 calendar months from the date of purchase. Any door (whole or part) found to be faulty during this period will be replaced free of charge on condition that that proper treatment and weather protection has been applied in the correct quantity to protect the timber as laid out in these terms & conditions. Any product which has not been paid for in full and where a balance is in arrears shall not guaranteed in any way whatsoever, in such a situation neither a replacement nor a repair will be offered. Our liability will be limited to the original purchase price of the goods and shall not incur any incidental costs and/or works and/or charges applied by any 3rd parties. We reserve the right to replace or repair at our discretion.

If you register with us through the contact us form we will send you information from time to time (never more than once per month) about any new items or special offers we may have. We will never pass your details on to another organization for any reason - this is our privacy policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.

How Can I Order?

You can browse our catalogue, add items to your shoppoing cart and then 'checkout' to purchase your items online. If you have any queries or problems using the website, please do not hesitate to contact us or call us on 0114 273 9496 and we can take your order over the phone.



Information on Glazing

Please check with your local building inspector to see if there are any specific glazing regulations required, especially on french doors or where the glazing is over 50% of the door. Not all of our doors are part "L" compliant. We have added two PDF documents to assist with this. One showing Document "N" which is the Buildings regulations 2000 - Glazing-safety in relation to impact,opening and cleaning. And a document from Pilkington glass giving infomation on part "L" U-Values. If you are at all unsure, please dont hesitate to contact us. We are here to help!

On all our Doors where their is a choice of what glass you require, we do not always fit the glass into the door. The glazing may be sent separately from the door or temporarily glazed. Should you require the doors to be properly glazed please mention this at the time of order or contact us prior to placing the order. There may be a charge for this service depending on the amount of glazing required.

Any information that you give will only be used by Door Deals, except where it is necessary to pass this information to third parties for processing your order.
Payment online is via a secure site. We do not hold your credit card details for future transactions.


Door Returns & Refund Procedure

We do understand that occasionally a customer may select the incorrect Door size or change their mind in regard to the actual door/s they ordered. Unfortunately in these circumstances, we have no alternative but to make A 15% charge for re-stocking of the door/s. This is due to the fact that the Door/s may remain in our stock for a considerable period of time prior to Resale.

In most instances, it is the customers responsibility to ensure safe Packaging and return of the door/s to our premises. We can provide Courier details if required. All costs involved in returning the door/s Remain the customers responsibility as detailed in our terms and Conditions.

Any returned door/s that is damaged during transit to our premises will Not be accepted and it will be the customers responsibility to deal with any Dispute with their chosen carrier.

In any instance where a replacement door/s is not being ordered, we will Issue a refund within seven days from receipt of the returned door/s, Subject to the returned door/s being in satisfactory resaleable condition. The refund will be subject to our 15% re-stocking charge together with the Original delivery charges.

To expediate a swift re-delivery of any correct door/s required, we must Receive payment in full for them at time of order. We will issue a refund For the original door/s ordered (taking into account any delivery charges And 15% re-stocking charge) once they have arrived safely back at our Premises.
