Whether you want to turn one room into two or two rooms back into one, the Internal Oak Pattern 10 Clear Glazed Freefold door system is the choice and offers a modern alternative to traditional French doors.

These contemporary door sets are made with high quality fixings and come complete with all the relevant runners, bolts and tracks. All that is required in addition is your choice of handle!

The system allows for:

• The creation of two rooms by closing all of the doors
• The creation of one large room by fully opening the doors
• An internal French door solution with side panels

Freefold product includes:

• 24" Oak Internal Pattern 10 Clear Glazed Doors
• Oak veneered frame (including head, jambs and decorative stops)
• Floor mounted guide (excluding Freefold 2)
• All folding hardware (excluding handles)

The Freefold system is available in a number of Internal Oak doors within our range and is the perfect compliment.

Opening Configurations

The Freefold system is available in a number of different opening configurations and creates a flexible system to suit your specific requirements. Also available are mirrored versions of the configurations below as the products are not handed.

Finishing

Supplied Unfinished, these doors are able to take a stain or paint finish. Our recommendation for a natural, clear finish would be to use a Treatex hardwax oil.

Things we thought you may need to know!

These doors are manufactured using LVL (Laminated Veneered Lumber). LVL or more commonly known as “engineered timber” is a modern method of construction that is economical with the use of natural timber resources. The main parts & rails of the door are usually constructed using solid strips/blocks of timber (some internals may contain a laminated board and/or particleboard), which are then glued and then clamped together. They are then faced with a veneer and edged with a solid timber “lipping”. The benefits of using engineered construction doors over more traditional methods are; The door has a much more uniform look (no mismatched colours/panels, everything matches), It is far more unlikely to twist, split (we do not get problems with panels splitting) and possibly the most important reason is that it is much more Eco friendly!
