About this door
The Internal Walnut Cadiz is a modern and stylish design that suits both contemporary and traditional applications.
An attractive grooved design to both faces of the door, these doors are a popular option for those looking to bring a sophistication to their interior design.
On this product there is an option to have the door made to a custom size. The maximum dimensions we can offer would be 915mm (36") x 2132mm (Approx 84"). Lead times for the manufacture of custom sized products are approx. 10-12 weeks. There is an additional charge for this service (see size dropdown box for details).
Please be aware that during certain times of year, such as Christmas, festive and religious periods, this lead time may increase by up to 4 weeks.
These doors are specified with larger timber lippings than the majority of the market, meaning that unlike other options, up to 32mm can be taken off the width and height of the door. This allows flexibility in fitting in more awkward openings and the ability to rebate the doors to use as a pair.
Supplied pre-finished with a clear satin lacquer, these doors are factory finished. This requires no further decorating on site and creates a fantastic look which really does show off the quality of the walnut veneer.
The correct storage, fitting and finishing of your new door/s are very important factors in getting the best out of your purchase.
We would always recommend reading our Door Care information which can be viewed by Clicking Here, along with any additional manufacturers documentation supplied with the door itself.

These doors are manufactured using laminated veneered lumber (LVL). LVL or more commonly known as “engineered timber” is a modern method of construction that is economical with the use of natural timber resources.
The main parts & rails of the door are usually constructed using solid strips/blocks of timber (some internals may contain a laminated board and/or particleboard), which are then glued and then clamped together.
They are then faced with a veneer and edged with a solid timber “lipping”. The benefits of using engineered construction doors over more traditional methods are that it is far more unlikely to twist or split (we do not get problems with panels splitting) and possibly the most important reason is that it is much more eco-friendly!
