The Knurled Thumbturn & Release is an elegant and decorative solution for doors that are required to be locked for privacy, suiting the Knurled hanldes in the Insignia Handle range.

When used in conjunction with a door handle, a neat and attractive look can be created to compliment your doors and other ironmongery.

This turn and release allow the locking of the door from the inside, by using the integral turn.

This Thumb Turn is available in a variety of different finishes, from Satin Nicke, to Matt Black and Antique Bronze.

A thumb turn and release works in conjunction with our Deadbolts and Bathroom Sashlocks (sold separately).

This product includes the turn & release meaning you can have privacy on the inside, whilst on the outside, you can gain access (with the aid of a coin or a screwdriver) in case emergency access is required.
