About this door
These Pattern FLB Garage doors are made from good quality European redwood. The garage doors are rebated. They are supplied unglazed but with the glazing bead mitred & pinned into place. The doors are manufactured in the United Kingdom using a traditional mortice & tenon, wedged and glued construction.

Handings: These doors are manufactured by default to the handing shown in the image gallery.
If requested, the handings on these pairs can be specified to the customer's preferences - it is very important to specify this at the point of order, otherwise, the doors will be supplied with the above handing.
Custom Sizes
On this product, there is an option to have the door made to a custom size. The maximum dimensions we can offer would be 2134mm (84") x 2286mm (90"). There is an additional charge for this service (see size dropdown box for details).

If choosing to have these garage doors delivered we only charge as one door, not two...
These doors may be despatched with extended stiles (horns) to ensure protection during transit & storage. They can easily be removed prior to installation.
HL - Lead Times
As these doors are made to order, there is a lead time of approximately three to five weeks for manufacture.
Please be aware that during certain times of the year, such as Christmas, festive and religious periods, this lead time may increase.
Decoration and Finishing - External Hemlock
Manufactured from specially selected timbers, these doors are supplied ready for finishing. The doors are suitable for a paint finish.
The correct storage, fitting and finishing of your new door/s are very important factors in getting the best out of your purchase.
Please always avoid the use of water-based finishing products as this may cause the door to bow, warp or expand. Using these types of products will invalidate your guarantee.
As ready-to-finish doors, a modicum of preparation may be required on-site, pin-holes and loose knots may need filling and light sanding may be required before applying a finish to your doors.
